Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to our exceptional project management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution.
- Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects, and opportunities.
- Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs while ensuring the smooth flow of critical information.
- Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking as well as optimizing our procurement processes.
- Demonstrate your meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking while ensuring our adherence to industry standards.
- Be at the forefront of change management, document distribution, tracking and ensuring that projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs.
- Make a lasting impact by overseeing closeout documentation and ensuring projects are completed with precision and finesse.
- Manage project documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base, and enhancing our organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form.
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, concerns, or inaccuracies.
- History of delivering excellent customer service.
- Embodies leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline.
- Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and strong potential for growth.
