As ESI’s Production Specialist, this role combines technical expertise with artistic vision to create compelling multimedia content that supports our brand and media strategy. The Production Specialist will oversee end-to-end production processes, including videography, drone operations, video editing, producing, and creative direction. In addition, this role will support the entire marketing team and oversee all aspects of production, ensuring a seamless workflow and consistent delivery of high-quality assets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage.
  • Operate professional camera equipment and lighting to achieve desired visuals.
  • Fly drones to capture aerial footage, adhering to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain drone equipment and stay updated on drone technology and legal compliance.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality. Conceptualize and storyboard video projects to align with brand goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for smooth production execution.
  • Partner with the entire marketing team to create cohesive multimedia content that supports campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  • Act as a creative advisor for marketing efforts, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to capture and produce timely, on-brand content.
  • Provide support to the First Choice Service team on media needs and assist in The Studio as needed.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an organized, functional workspace that supports efficient production.
  • Coordinate and manage all stages of the production process, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Supervise internal and external production resources, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deadline standards.
  • Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Support event production, including setup, audio-visual coordination, and content capture.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure seamless execution of production elements during events.
  • Create engaging video and photo content during events for promotional and archival purposes.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive and innovative content.
  • Ensure all media projects align with the brand's voice, identity, and objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years in video production, editing, and creative direction, preferably within the construction or related industry.
  • Experience with studio operations and FAA certification for drone operations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, drone operations, photography, and graphic design software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and objectives.
