Data Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of data and integrations between different enterprise software platforms. This role works closely with business units, divisions, IT team members, vendors, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data is available for business reporting and analytics. The Data Analyst will also collaborate with team members in designing and maintaining reliable data integrations and workflows that support enterprise reporting needs.

Responsibilities
-
Improves operational data quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes; contributing information and opinion to process improvement teams.

Provides management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating data and trends.

Partners with Business Analysts, data owners, and end users to design and implement technical solutions that optimize data integration and align with key business processes.

Support data reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Stored Procedures, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, and integrated third-party APIs.

Provide high-level technical assistance and support for software problems and integration projects.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning, attending relevant training or conferences, engaging with professional networks, and applying newfound knowledge to improve company systems and processes.

Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.

Create and deliver training materials to educate end users on new reports and processes.
Qualifications
-
Working knowledge of the following software tools Viewpoint Vista, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), Power BI
-
Experience with ITIL-based change management, including documenting Request for Changes (RFCs), assessing impact/risk, and supporting Change Advisory Boards (CAB) production changes.

At least four (4) years of IT work experience.

At least three (3) years' experience with analysis, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software applications in a mission-critical production IT environment.

Experience supporting software integrations with third party APIs, interoperating and interfacing with diverse system and relational database platforms.

At least three (3) years of recent professional experience working with SQL Server Databases, Stored Procedures, Functions and Jobs; SQL Server Reporting Services; and SQL Server Integration Services.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that integration processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Capable of managing multiple integration projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality results.
