As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for ESI Holdings and its entities. The Brand Manager will lead efforts to define and communicate the company’s overarching brand strategy and identity, ensure brand consistency and clarity, and align messaging across internal operational divisions and support units, external partners, and customers. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a focus on developing integrated campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and skilled communicator.

Responsibilities
- Brand Ownership and Strategy: Responsible for developing overarching brand vision and strategies for ESI Holdings entities and ensure they resonate with the target audience and align with organizational goals.
- Brand Guidelines Development: Develop detailed brand guidelines for ESI Holdings entities that outline the brands’ visual elements (logo, color palettes, typography), messaging (tone of voice, key messages), and overall personality.
- Brand Consistency: Oversee ESI Holdings brands’ image, ensuring all marketing and communication efforts adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Strategize and plan integrated marketing campaigns and special initiatives to promote brand awareness.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other ESI support units and operational divisions to shape the brand’s strategy to support organizational goals and ensure alignment with the brand guidelines.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets, to effectively communicate brand values and key messages. This includes:
- Utilizing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Applying a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop concepts and design layouts for print and digital campaigns.
- Producing engaging graphics and visual content to enhance brand presence online.
- Vendor and Third-party Relations: Manage vendor relationships and oversee projects with external partners and third-party agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and successful execution.
- Brand Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance brand experience for customers and stakeholders at every touchpoint, from initial interaction to post-purchase support. This includes:
- Applying working knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

- Working with divisions and support units to understand their design needs and objectives and developing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Utilize insights to inform brand strategy and positioning.
- Monitoring and Enforcement: Monitor brand(s) performance and enforce the established brand standards across the organization(s).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns
- Experience with brand management tools and platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Construction or related industry experience preferred
